ROSEVILLE, Calif. — The city of Roseville launched a new app Wednesday so people can report non-emergency issues.
On the app, called myRSVL, people can submit photos or videos of local concerns with a geo-location so employees can pinpoint the location to address the issue.
Some of the services people can request include graffiti removal, pothole repair, tree hazards, malfunctioning streetlights or traffic signals among other requests.
People don’t have to provide their contact information to make a request, but if they do, they can receive status updates. The city said contact information will only be shared with people working on the service request.
myRSVL should not be used in an emergency situation, people should instead call 911.
