The ‘artists’ have tagged a number of signs and a bench covering them in red and pink graffiti squiggles.
People living nearby have been disappointed to see the tags appear – with one city councillor calling it a “real shame” they had targeted a “special place”.
There have also been calls for police to regularly patrol the park.
Among the signs graffitied are the Perdiswell Park signs and information boards about the canal and animals living at the park.
A park bench has also been targeted.

He said: “I was passing through Perdiswell Park on a run [on Monday, October 2] and noticed almost every sign in the park has been graffitied, so I’ve reported all nine to the council for clean up.

“I reported all this to the city council – you can do the same if you see graffiti”
He pointed people towards Worcester City Council’s website to report issues: https://selfserve.worcester.gov.uk/carsformswcc/forms/flypostgraffiti/main.jsp.
Councillor Mel Allcott, who represents the Claines ward where the park sits, said it was a “real shame”.
“We are aware of an ongoing problem – when I join the litter picking group we always spot graffiti, so it doesn’t surprise me.

“I just think we need more resources. We need more community policing.
“It is just such a waste of everyone’s time to have to keep clearing it up.
“We need more preventative measures to stop it happening.”
She said across the city there wasn’t a lot for youths to do.
“Youth services have kind of been forgotten. There are some things but not enough.
“It is just sad. We are really fortunate to have Perdiswell Park it is quite a special place – you’d just hope in 2023 these things wouldn’t happen, but they do.”
A Worcester City Council spokesperson said: “We are aware of the graffiti, and we are looking to remove it as soon as possible.”
