1 — Embrace conservation grazing and local food

Meewasin Grazing Dinners celebrate local food and the Saskatchewan landscape. Enjoy a private hike through the native prairie with Resource Management Officer Renny Grilz followed by a three-course dinner prepared by Chef Scott Dicks and the team at Odla, served outdoors. A live demonstration on conservation grazing with shepherd Jared Epp closes the evening. 2 — Enjoy a variety of art at a street party
The Urban Canvas Street Party is a two-day festival focused on street art in public spaces and cultural diversity. Local artists, DJs and the community come together to celebrate the city’s art scene through live music, murals, art battles, interactive graffiti projects, a pop-up skate park and food trucks. The event is in the Midtown parking lot Friday, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Learn more at dtnyxe.ca.
3 — Celebrate 40 years of Broadway Street Fair
The Broadway Business Improvement District presents the 40th annual Broadway Street Fair. Enjoy a variety of artisans and Broadway merchant sales, music and dance performances, British Car Show vehicles on display and food trucks. Children’s entertainment includes bouncy castles, balloon animals, face painting, princesses and superheroes. The fair runs along Broadway Avenue on Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Learn more at broadwayyxe.com.
4 — Enjoy live music in a barn
The Barn Playhouse presents Vickie and Co., a dinner concert that takes listeners on a Saskatchewan road trip through songs, stories and photos. Concerts are held in the barn and meals provided by Country Style BBQ are served in the yard, with seating outside or in the dining hall.
