FARGO — You may notice it in alleys and on buildings. Graffiti is a common sight in the city.
When it comes to graffiti, the Fargo Police Department says to always report it, no matter the size.
Each report goes to the FPD’s intelligence unit, where data is saved to help identify what is associated with each tag.
The best way to report is online with their
Citizen Online Police Reporting System.
“They can upload pictures and stuff like that of the graffiti itself, so that can be properly identified,” said Fargo Police Department Sergeant Matt Ysteboe. “We can know the date location and stuff like that as far as where this graffiti happened.”
