BALTIMORE — A racist message was spray painted near M&T Bank Stadium over the weekend.
The message, which has since been painted over, read “Kill All White PPL.”

It was found on the Hamburg Street Bridge.
A spokesperson with the Maryland State Authority said,” The graffiti on the Hamburg Street bridge has already been painted over and the appropriate agency for the advertisement site has been reached.”
