City of Spokane continues to fight downtown graffiti problem

SPOKANE, Wash. — Graffiti is a growing problem in the city of Spokane, making the city’s iconic Monroe Street Bridge a major eyesore. 

The city wants to fix this issue by taking a different approach. Starting on October 9th, the city will start removing all the graffiti on the Monroe Street Bridge.
