Madras Police are asking citizens to help find the people behind the rash of graffiti across the city over the past weeks.
The first signs of vandalism occurred on Aug. 30 near the Madras Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant. Police say some might appear to be “gang graffiti” but key words, such as Sureno were misspelled, other symbols were vulgar drawings.
