“Safety and self-confidence are at the core of what we teach at Mandarin Kung Fu,” says Sifu Mandarino. “I believe that everyone should have access to fundamental self-defense knowledge. It’s not just about physical skills; it’s about feeling empowered in any situation. Through martial arts, we not only learn to defend ourselves physically but also cultivate inner strength and self-assurance. We aim to provide women with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance their personal safety. Our goal is to foster a sense of confidence and capability in every participant.”
