MILTON-FREEWATER — Milton-Freewater police arrested three suspects in connection to a graffiti spree Friday, Sept. 15
Police that morning received several reports of graffiti that occurred throughout the night, according to a press release from the Milton-Freewater Police Department. The case officer reviewed video footage of one of the graffiti sites and was able to identify the make and model of the vehicle the suspects used along with a partial plate of the vehicle.
