Mt. Olive cops: Graffiti at Morris Flanders development constitutes bias incident

MOUNT OLIVE TWP. – Police say vandalism that occurred over the last two months at a Flanders development are bias incidents but not hate crimes.

The incidents involved graffiti containing obscene and racial slurs spray-painted on a gazebo and in the tot-lot in July and August at the Toll Brothers’ Morris Chase development.
