KITCHENER — Police are investigating two separate incidents of hate-motivated graffiti, one at a place of worship and one at a school.
On Friday, at about 11:30 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police received a report of graffiti at a place of worship near Victoria Street North and River Road East. The graffiti included a hate-motivated symbol and is believed to have occurred overnight.
