Dark Horse Shares New Details For Graphic Novel Hyperspace Stories – Qui-Gon

Comic book publisher Dark Horse provided more details about their upcoming graphic novel, Hyperspace Stories – Qui-Gon. The book will be released on April 24, 2024, and will be written by Star Wars book author veteran George Mann. Mann also shared a few story details, including certain iconic characters and locations readers can expect to see in the new book.

Earlier this month at a Lucasfilm Publishing panel at New York Comic-Con, it was announced that publisher Dark Horse is working on a new series of graphic novels called, Hyperspace Stories. Their first book in the series focuses on Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, but more featured characters are on the way.

Here is the full list of characters to be featured, as revealed on DarkHorse.com: Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu, Qui-Gon Jinn, Rey, General Grievous, Kylo Ren, and Darth Vader.

When speaking about the first upcoming graphic novel, Hyperspace Stories – Qui-Gon, writer George Mann spoke about how the book will encompass three key moments from Qui-Gon Jinn’s life:

The post also hints at the graphic novel’s possible antagonists. Qui-Gon will be investigating ‘some of the Force’s many mysterious followers: The Brotherhood of the Ninth Door.’ This particular sect was first introduced in Star Wars The High Republic: The Battle of Jedha, also written by George Mann.
