The retailer is listed as “coming soon” on the Miller Hill Mall website. The store’s representatives anticipate it will open Nov. 3, given construction doesn’t have any “hiccups.”
Founded in 2002 by David Schlessinger and Tom Vellios, Five Below opened its first store in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The company has grown to more than 1,300 stores in 42 states, with sales hitting $2 billion in 2020, according to its website.

Collector’s Connection has an extensive selection of new and used comic books, sports trading cards, graphic novels, vinyl records and nontraditional games.
A grand-opening Halloween party will be held at the new spot Saturday from 4-8 p.m. The event will feature trick-or-treating, a costume contest and a live DJ.
The new location will be larger to provide customers with a better shopping and gaming experience, the company said in a Facebook post. It will feature a living room, a bar for doing homework or deck building, and a new gaming room for playing Dungeons and Dragons, board games and more.
Collector’s Connection also has a Superior location.
Hickory Farms offers a large selection of specialty foods and gourmet gift baskets, including meats, cheeses and desserts. It is listed on the mall website as “coming soon” across from the BoxLunch store; however, an anticipated opening date wasn’t specified.

It is a civic-minded retailer offering apparel, accessories, home goods, gifts, novelties and collectibles. The company partners with Feeding America, and for every $10 spent, a meal is donated on behalf of local food banks.
