Kingston, Luzerne Co. — The Street Art Society of NEPA will be adding 5 to 6 murals in the borough of Kingston as part of phase 3 of their mural addition project.
Other additional locations in Luzerne County that are currently in the process of getting mural additions include Forty Fort and Exeter.
We want people to feel good about living here because I think there are a lot of positive things about this area and i think when people see vibrant art on the wall it lifts everybody’s spirit”, Jenna Casaldi, President of the Street Art Society of NEPA said.
The non- profit’s goal is to beautify local towns with murals.
“We wanted to see that in every other little town like Edwardsville, Luzerne, Kingston and Forty fort. Wyoming and Exeter, West Pittston and Wilkes barre. Why can’t that ripple effect be everywhere”, Amy Bezeck, Vice President of the Street Arts Society.
