Twenty companies and institutions across Hamburg are exhibiting young artists’ paintings, photographs, street art, experimental art, and AI works to celebrate the 10th Add Art from November 16-19, 2023. A number of companies are exhibiting works by students and alumni of the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW) alongside those of established artists in their collections.
“Add Art has given Hamburg creative energy and artistic inspiration for the last ten years,” said Dr. Carsten Brosda, Senator for Culture and Media. The cultural event broadens access to art and puts it on the corporate agenda. The annniversary events include a special exhibition by the Hamburg-based artist Rupprecht Matthies while up-and-coming artists will be selling smaller works of art. An updated web page should gives users a better overview. Young artists can also attend workshops to better position themselves on the market.
