The annual Valley Center Art Association (VCAA) Fall Art Show at the Valley Center Library assembled artists from Valley Center and the surrounding areas on November 17 and 18. Bryan Alexander won Best of Show.
Tokeli Baker from the Escondido Art Association was the lead judge. This year a total of 105 entries were received. This show also included entries from Valley Center High School because members wanted to showcase talented student artists in the community. The students were judged separately.
Laura Adolph, VCAA President, said, “It was wonderful to see such a range of talented artists from novice to more professional artists. I was amazed at the talented first time high school artists exhibiting their artwork.”
Prior to the awards ceremony, singer, musician, and composer Brandon Cesmat entertained the audience with his pop and country songs.
