When a hit goes wrong, and his girlfriend is “punished” for his failure, an assassin begins a deadly vendetta to hunt down those who wronged him.

Based on the French graphic novels by writer Alexis Nolent and artist Luc Jacamon (with English-language editions published by Archaia Press), David Fincher’s latest film is a decent, mid-range, very slick hitman flick but a truly fascinating adaptation.
