Newport police have arrested four men in connection with a series of vandalism incidents in town, including more than $100,000 in damages to school buses and racially-motivated graffiti.
Police say Samuel Bathrick, 27, of Claremont, along with Brandon Teeter, 24, Devin Croteau, 22, and Zachery Fuller, 30, all of Newport, are charged with five counts of criminal mischief and five counts of conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.
