From a Reader: Inner/Outer Sunset Graffiti Problem Photo Essay, by Harry Pariser

Thank you Harry, graffiti is a pet peeve of mine too. I report it with a photo on my 311 app ( easy to use ) and I enjoy seeing it abated afterwards. Appreciate your suggestions on how we might be able to turn the tide on this defacement of property.
