Huawei’s Digital Art Contest: A Platform for Global Creativity
In a fresh initiative to encourage digital artistry and creativity, Huawei has announced the launch of the HUAWEI GoPaint Worldwide Creating Activity. This online digital art contest, slated to run from January 5, 2024, to February 29, 2024, invites global consumers to explore their creativity using Huawei tablets. The company is promoting the use of its latest HUAWEI MatePad Pro 13.2″ tablet for this contest, a device featuring a flexible OLED screen, an ultra-thin and lightweight design, and the HUAWEI M-Pencil (3rd generation) for meticulous artistic control.
Unleashing Creativity in Three Categories
Participants are encouraged to submit their digital artworks in three distinct categories: Culture, Cityscapes, and Characters. These broad themes provide ample room for artists to express their unique perspectives and engage with their chosen subject matter in a way that resonates with viewers globally.
Attractive Cash Prizes and Global Recognition
The contest promises substantial cash prizes, including a Best Creative Award, Best Visual Award, Best Storytelling Award, Most Popular Award, and Honourable Mention. These awards range from $2,000 to $5,000, providing substantial incentive for artists to participate. However, the rewards go beyond monetary gain. The contest also offers participants the chance to have their artwork showcased to a worldwide audience and share their creative narratives in video interviews, offering unprecedented exposure and recognition.
Submission Guidelines and Platforms
Artists wishing to participate in the contest must submit their artwork using Huawei tablets. Submissions can be made via the My HUAWEI app or on social media platforms Instagram and Facebook. The artwork should be submitted in either JPG or PNG files, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi, and a file size of no more than 20 MB. For additional details and submission requirements, participants are advised to visit Huawei’s official website.
