A 27-year-old suspect dubbed one of Portland’s “most prolific graffiti vandals” has been arrested and charged in connection with tagging across the city, police said.
Police arrested Jerry Mijangos Jan. 1 on a probation violation, and a grand jury indicted Mijangos Jan. 30 on eight counts of criminal mischief related to tagging, police said Thursday.
