EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Comic book lovers from across mid-Michigan got to see some new comic creations on Saturday at Michigan State University. Comic book artists also got the chance to bounce creative ideas off other artists. It was all part of the MSU Comics Forum event.
“MSU is a really rich place for studying comics,” said Ryan Claytor, an assistant professor of comics & graphic novels at MSU. “I’m not sure if you know this, but we are home to the largest public collection of comic books in the world at Michigan State University.”
The event was free to anyone who wanted to attend.
