Taggers have somehow graffitied 27 stories of a 53-story skyscraper in Downtown Los Angeles. It happened at the Oceanwide Plaza, across from crypto.com Arena.
The three-tower complex has been sitting dormant for five years after the developer ran out of money to finish construction.
Video taken late Tuesday night shows a person on a balcony of the building that was tagged. No arrests have been made.
