Life in Spain interested Strömholm and he returned in the late 1950s, this time as a guide on bus tours from Sweden. Barcelona, Madrid, Palma and Valencia were among the places he visited. Here, his knowledge of art history came in handy, along with his insights into Spanish nightlife, to which travellers were also introduced.
