BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) -Experience everything Downtown Bryan has to offer and more at this year’s Street and Art Fair!
Historic Downtown Bryan is home to a community of artists and creators, making the area a recognized Texas Cultural District.
“It helps get us the recognition and it also helps with grants for the arts down here, so we’re pretty proud of the fact that we have that recognition,” said Frame Gallery owner Missy Barron.
Barron said this year, Destination Bryan is bringing many new aspects to the art fair.
There will be more than 32 vendors and artists from around the state and outside of Texas.
“This year we have the youth art tent,” said Barron.
She said this year there will also be a performance tent.
“We want to try and highlight all the genres of art, so The Theater Company, Stage Center and we’re working on getting a few more people involved to help entertain those folks hanging out in the beverage station,” added Barron.
The Street and Art Fair is on April 13 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. in Downtown Bryan.
