The Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information that could help identify the person responsible for a spree of graffiti vandalism that has struck 10 locations around Joseph over the last three weeks.
Undersheriff Billy Wells said that, based on the style of writing in each of the graffiti incidents, investigators believe the same person is responsible for each of them.
